		<description>I agree with you John, It has been said that the mind can only concentrate on one thing at a time.  It makes sense that if you are preoccupied by something that is bothering you that your attention would be lowered for anything else around you.</description>

It would be interesting to explore whether the distraction of the stress issue has a similar distraction-effect to that of talking on a mobile phone while driving a motor vehicle.
