This post touched a chord with me. Its natural to feel helpless at times and life almost feels like a condemnation. We keep asking and wanting more from life depending on our conditioning. Our thought patterns dictate what we feel and experience each day. The more defective the conditioning the more miserable our life becomes. Stress is a natural outcome of a cluttered mind created by too many false beliefs.

A rebirth is about transcending these limiting conditioning patterns in our life. Appreciate your post.
